This is my first day of radiation, I have a wonderful mask made specifically for my face, which anchors me to the table so I cannot move. On the side of the mask are target points for the lasers to “hit” the targeted tumor. It’s not painful at all and I don’t feel a thing. It only takes about 10-15 minutes, but I have to go in Monday-Friday for the next 6 weeks.
