Becca's cancer -- some FAQs
Well today has been mostly a regular Sunday for me -- swam for an hour (yay!), did a little grocery shopping, have been catching up on work, and took a nap.
I've been realizing there are a few basic questions people have been asking that I haven't shared the answers to here.
1) What stage is the cancer? A: We don't know yet, but we have reasons to be hopeful that we've caught it early. As I understand it, full "staging" information isn't available until they assess the lymph nodes, which they won't do for a while.
2) Am I feeling sick? A: No, not since I've recovered from the breast biopsies. One of the paradoxes of a lot of kinds of cancer is they've got to make you feel sick when you don't in order to save your life.
3) Is it okay to share the information about my diagnosis, and this website, with others who know me? A: Yes, please do.

Thinking good thoughts for a complete recovery, Becca. Miss seeing all of you but many of us Atlantans often talk about your Mom and y'all. What is your Hebrew name??? Your parents' Hebrew names?
Hi, Meta, Thanks much for your post. I should add my Hebrew name to the "FAQ" sheet as you are the 3rd person to ask for it! Thank you. It is Rivkah Shoshannah, bat Elishevah v'David. Much love, Becca
