Caleb Update 2/10/19

Hi friends,

Colleen and I wanted to write a journal entry here to once again thank you all SOO much for the overwhelming support you have given us. We are taking things day by day and trying to process it all as we go, but knowing that you are all lifting us up makes this path easier. 

It has been an intense 16 days since his diagnosis, but he is fighting like the tough little man he is.  The Chemo treatment is going as expected, but he had a set back this past week when a skin biopsy the doctors took last week got infected and the infection got into his bloodstream.  It was a scary couple of days but I think they finally have it under control and he is on the mend.  He is still in pretty significant pain from it but the pain meds are helping A LOT. We will definitely be here for at least a couple more weeks as he gets IV antibiotics to fully kill the infection.  

We will continue to keep you all updated as best we can. We love you all very much and thank you so much for sending your love and thoughts to our little warrior.
