8-8-12

Yesterday my dad looked the best we have seen him since he went into the hospital. He even went outside for a little bit in the wheelchair. They are working him extremely hard in therapy. He can now walk to the bathroom in a walker. We made him basic flashcards like his name, where he lives, his daughters names and his grandson's name. He gets them right sometimes and other times he has a hard time but he is making progress. He still keeps asking when he can come home and hopefully it will be soon. He will need someone to be with him 24 hours a day at first which he isn't too happy about but at least him coming home is on the horizon. We want to thank everyone again for all the thoughts and prayers, we wouldn't have made it through as sane as we did without it.
