In Much Weakness

God has arranged quietness in my day to day schedule which mostly consists of resting and sleeping. I can't do a whole lot of activities right now, but I can commune with my Lord on my bed and pray in His presence. With that said, please don't hesitate to text me a prayer request. We all need prayer for wisdom and guidance throughout the day, so I will be waiting to hear from you, my friend.

The question may be asked, "Why has God left me in weakness?" No doubt, there may be many answers to this question which I will not know until I reach Heaven's shore; but most important for today is the fact that God wants me to know Him better than I knew Him the day before.

I must know more of:

🎋His mercy, grace, and love
🎋His joy, peace, and comfort
🎋His strength, power, and deliverance
🎋His faithfulness, resourcefulness, and fullness
🎋His glory, grandness, and greatness

I don't readily see these good things from God in the busyness of life. When I'm rushing around from place to place and my mind is occupied with the details of the day, I have a tendency not to dwell on things above. In quiet dwelling places, however, my mind is less distracted and I find I can rest in calm content knowing "The Lord is my Shepherd, (and I am lacking nothing.)"

💬Thankful Thoughts
Father God, whatever you have for me right now is enough. My necessities are being met. Your grace is satisfying and sufficient. May I see more and more each day how much I cannot live without You.
