Oh, Joy!

I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High. (Psalm 9:1,2)

We are Giving Thanks and Rejoicing in Austin!  God has been so merciful in answering all of the prayers for Elliott our mighty warrior. Elliott, Jacy and Nathan are about to begin their rooming in experience, if all goes as well as expected Elliott will be going home TOMORROW!!!

He has gained weight steadily these past few days and now weighs 6lbs! His respiratory status has fully stabilized and all of the Pulmonary Hypertension has resolved with no long term consequences!

At this point in time the expectation is he will follow up with a variety of Specialists: Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Early Childhood Development, and of course his Pediatrician who will decide if he needs Audiology and Cardiology referrals.

The peripheral blessings of these past two weeks are without measure.  The physicians and staff are thrilled that Elliott is going home so soon and in such good health. His survival is a miracle and how quickly he has recovered his reserves is also nothing short of miraculous.

We can not thank you enough for your support, your comments, and most of all your prayers. God has blessed all of us mightily, and we rejoice in His mercy and faithfulness.

Don’t think this is the last you’ll hear of Elliott....we will continue to share his milestones and we continue to ask you to cover him with your prayers!

Thankyou, prayer warriors for Warrior Elliott馃槝

Amazing! And look at that beautiful face!! Congratulations to all!!! After typing that I realize that Jacy and Nathan likely didn't receive the onslaught of "congratulations!" at the time of Elliott's birth that most parents receive... So I'll say it again -- CONGRATULATIONS, Jacy, Nathan, Jim, and Jane!!!!!! What a miracle.
