Tuesday September 5th
You all are amazing! The power of your thoughts, prayers, vibes, positivity, and belief in Steph along with the great care Steph has been getting from her medical teams is truly magical. Sure, Steph is strong, determined, incredibly healthy, and positive, but there is no doubt that all the love & healing vibes coming you're sending have been so integral to her ongoing recovery. The doctors, nursing staff, and various therapists are in awe at Steph's progress. But, then they walk into her room and see all the cards, posters, and pictures that are pasted around her room. They feel the love coming her way. And that love is powerful. Miraculous, really! Thank you and keep it coming!
Here's a little note from Dennis about his and Steph's day ....
Insurance was slow to process, so we will be making our move to the inpatient rehab center tomorrow. In the meantime, Steph and I had a great day. We had breakfast and went on a few walks outside, had an excellent speech therapy session (got into cognitive stuff and ate a turkey wrap), did some art, and practiced some reading and writing. We are now having some ice cream and watching Seinfeld. Some friends we made in the ICU stopped by to say goodbye and praise Steph for her amazing progress.

Mike and I have followed your progress through our daughter-in-law, Heidi, and are truly amazed at how far you've come! We're hoping for a complete recovery, and by the sound of things, you're well on your way. Congratulations and all of our best wishes for continued success...GO STEPH GO!!

This may be Stephanie's longest marathon yet, but it sounds really good that she is progressing. Rehab can be unbelievably good. We'll pray for continued amazing results!
