Spring 2018

This baby bird loves to sniff all the flowers, and find sticks in the garden, and take naps. He's gone from walking, to running, and his "jumping" is adorable. He loves bubbles and buses, and is still a total mama's boy.

Dan is 100% back to work. And I have started working part time. There's a place here in Grand Rapids that dedicates it's space to kids with weakened immune systems for recreational fun! It feels serendipitous that they exist in midst of my journey into medical motherhood. 

We will spend the summer adjusting to me having a job, and Louis giving up his bottle and accepting a sippy cup, and eating watermelon on the porch until we are sticky, and taking bike rides until Louis falls asleep, and teaching Louis how to swim, and watching our garden grow, and camping in the front yard, and taking long family naps, and eating Popsicle's when his 2 year molars show up, and spending every minute appreciating that these are the things that fill our days.
