A lot can happen in 24 hours here.  We went up to see the cardiologist to find out that they has scheduled Mason for surgery that afternoon.  We kissed him off aroumd noon.  We got positive updates throughout the day and were pleased to hear that the surgery went well around 830-900.  We finally got to visit him around 10 and besides from all of the equipment, he looked amazing.  Since he had minimal swelling and bleeding they were able to seal his chest up last night.  We didn't hear anything overnight so he must have continued to do well.  Chris and I are going to check out of the hospital and then go see our baby boy!
