Day.three
Natalia had a better day! She did not have any of the usual effects of the chemo, PRAISE GOD!
She had X-rays of her right leg ordered, and we will go over the results with her doctor tomorrow! Grateful for a mighty, powerful God, who does NOT sleep, who keeps Natalia Sofia in the palm of his hand, under HIS WILL, HIS umbrella of protection...TRUSTING HIM in our journey.
Some of these children over the last couple of admissions, have gotten worse....I pray for them often. There is such a fine, thin line in this journey, where ANY little thing can create a complication, and before you know it....your child is in the ICU, fighting for their life in the worst possible way. We are truly Blessed that even though she has been admitted for complications, she pulled through, and was able to come home.
Please join us in praying for a young man named Edgar. Last week we were told that he was transferred to All Children's because there is nothing more that they can do for him here. :( Even though he is undergoing chemotherapy, the cancer has spread...:( His mom is a single mom, and she is devastated.
Psalm 121:1-8
I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes Natalia's help?
Her help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
He will not allow her foot to be moved; He who keeps her will not slumber.
Behold, He who keeps Natalia shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord is her keeper; The Lord is her shade at her right hand.
The sun shall not strike Natalia by day, Nor the moon by night.
The Lord shall preserve Natalia from all evil; He shall preserve her soul.
The Lord shall preserve her going out and her coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.
AMEN!
Psalm 124:6-8
Blessed be the Lord, Who has not given us as prey to their teeth.
Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; The snare is broken, and we have escaped.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
