HOLY IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!

On the very last chemo treatment, Natalia was feeling terrible bone pain. She could not get out of bed, so daddy literally had to pick her up from the bed and place her in the car for her morning appointment.  Her bone pain was from her bone marrow being over-stimulated by the Neupogen shots. Her hemoglobin is low, but the Dr. advised us to wait and see if she pulls thru on her own. Praying that her body will start trending upwards....all the numbers coming back to their normal state and that she will not need the blood transfusion. 

When you are warring on a journey like this..... you get to a point of exhaustion that is beyond ANYthing you have experienced in your life. That is how we were the morning of Natalia's last chemo....barely standing.....barely functioning. Our FAITHFUL LORD, JESUS CHRIST knows where you are....and meets you right at that place....soooo FAITHFUL. Our family friend shows up...."out of the blue" with coffee at hand...:)))) God placed her at the right place and time....to be used MIGHTILY by HIM. Our nurse was also placed by the ORCHESTRATOR, JESUS himself!

While waiting on the chemodrug, vincristine, Natalia asked her nurse to sing their special song, and without hesitating, she obliged! I am not sure how they all remember her special songs and handshakes....The nurses here are AWESOME! They do WHATEVER they have to do to make Natalia feel special! When the medication got there, and we all wore our masks while the nurse accessed the port, injected the drug, and de-accessed.....something miraculous was took place.......something supernatural....Natalia and our family friend started to harmoniously sing....HOLY, HOLY, HOLY IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY

WITH ALL CREATION I SING, PRAISE TO THE KING OF KINGS

YOU ARE MY EVERYTHING AND I WILL ADORE YOU

God's presence took over the room....lifting AWAY weariness, tiredness, fog, exhaustion, mixed emotions, and gave freely of HIS peace, comfort, strength! NOT a dry eye in the room. After the nurse was done, Natalia collapsed into my arms and wept. 

THAT is the GOD we serve, a TRUE, LIVING GOD....he knows what you need, hears your prayers, and lifts you from your circumstance. He brought us what we needed...when we needed it! There's a thousand reasons to praise and worship HIM....DAILY! Or like me...SHOUT IT OUT FROM THE HIGHEST MOUNTAIN! WHAT A MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE!

Under HIS will is where we want to be...even if it's a cancer journey. He uses people from all over to love on us, he surrounds us with LOVING KINDNESS...by using others to BLESS us, HE PROVIDES exactly what we need......making this journey bearable....I could NEVER imagine walking this journey on.my.own.

HE is BIGGER than cancer, BIGGER than ANY circumstance....HE has brought us this far and HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US NOR FORSAKE US.

That Is HIS promise....and HE is FAITHFUL TO KEEP IT!

As you can see in the pictures, Natalia started her day out curled up in a ball under the covers, and ended her hospital visit an OVERCOMER! Family and friends gathered outside the room and surprised her with balloons, gifts, and poster boards stating "no more chemo"!! The feeling was surreal!
