No.matter.what.
Right after posting on 11/25, on the night before thanksgiving, Natalia woke up with excruciating leg pain. The pain was on the surgical side...it was so bad, she was screaming. An unexpected surprise in the middle of the night....memories right away started to flood in, and my mind went there. Remembering those awful pain-stricken nights right before her diagnosis was almost inevitable, and truly physically unbearable. My husband took one look at my face and said in an authoritative voice.....WE WILL GLORIFY AND PRAISE HIM......NO MATTER WHAT. That jolted me back to reality....the reality of who is really in charge, who is in control........focusing and fixing my eyes on reality. The fact is that we must push through these times of doubt, where you are staggering and unable to balance. JESUS CHRIST is my reality.....he is very much real in our lives, he is sovereign, his perfect will and purpose WILL BE done over my baby girl's life....NO MATTER WHAT. It is very difficult, after walking a raw journey like cancer, to not go there. With the seeming "threat" of recurrence looming over our lives, and her weakened immune system, we must be ready for those unexpected surprises....knowing that JESUS is ALREADY ahead of us fighting our battle. Last weekend, she developed shortness of breath and wheezing. We took her to the Dr's on Monday they checked her heart (because of the antibiotics she's on), did a leg X-ray and blood work. The blood work showed that she can come off the Bactrim! Yaaaay! Amen! Wooooo hoooooo! Thank you, JESUS!!! No more weekend/monthly antibiotics. We are still waiting on the doctor to give us the results of the X-rays. #trustingJESUS #glorifyHIMwithus #focused Psalm 34:3 Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together. Psalm 63:4 I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. Psalm 86:12 I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever.

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil , and he will flee from you. -James 4:7 Your fervent prayers are a testament of God's everlasting love and his faithfulness. As I lay here tonight reading satan, you can't have my children ( a marvelous book that you recommended to me many years ago) I am reminded of the power of prayer and interceding for our children, family, and loved ones. Thank you Jesus for your plan, in your timing.
