NOT my will, but YOURS!

I have witnessed first hand God's AMAZING intervention on behalf of his children, and his sovereignty showing me that even though it looks chaotic and dark in this world, God is at work behind the scenes. Placing people in our path, setting up the right circumstances, and even touching believers to pray or speak an encouraging word! Taking God at his word is what anchors us down in the midst of a storm. Staying connected to a real, living God and believing his promises with faith is key.

Today was the culmination of events that been unfolding in the past couple of weeks!
I just can't keep it all to myself! I must share the good news of my source...my source of strength, my source of PEACE...the kind that surpasses ALL human understanding, my source of provision, my source of healing and restoration, my source of comfort, my tower of refuge, my EVERYthing. JESUS CHRIST is my source of EVERYTHING! The beginning and the end, the GREAT I AM!
To know that he IS with me from day one, there is NOTHING man can do to me.
Isaiah 54:17 says that
NO weapon formed against me will succeed, and you will refute any accusation raised against you in court. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me.” This is the Lord’s declaration.

Last week, no later than 30 minutes went by after I prayed and said amen, that two completely separate people with two different messages private messaged me. Reminding me that GOD was with me, and that it was HE who had control and that HE was right beside us. That everything does have a plan, will, and a purpose. Even though there are days, weeks, months and even years where there's darkness....then silence...and it's dry....HE is there!! HE knows exactly how we feel, HE is carrying us, Reminding us that there are a multitude of people raising our arms up to heaven and giving us strength through their prayers. Keep pressing, keep persevering, your strength is not yours, your peace is not yours, it is all God. 

A few days went by, and another person came forth to let me know she had my daughter's cells in her hand at the beginning of our journey(8/2013), and God placed in her heart the desire to pray over these cells BEFORE she tested for metastatic cancer disease on a little 8 year old girl named Natalia Sofia. After praying, she tested the cells, and the results were NEGATIVE (which gives a better prognosis). She began to Thank GOD for the results being negative!!! What an AMAZING movement and orchestration of God's MIGHTY SOVEREIGNTY. Even though at the time I could not see the whole picture, even though the diagnosis was the worst you could ever want for any of your children, HE was there from day UNO. YES! he could have chosen to heal her, but He chose us to walk this journey....with HIM!!!
God is fulfilling his will, purpose and plan for Natalia Sofia, and her family!
Here is some of her message:
"I follow Natalia's story on Facebook. I'm writing to you because as I read the updates you have been posting the Lord touch my heart.
I work in the laboratory now for 8 years, I test patients for leukemia and lymphoma. I was working for Baycare at the time I received in my hands a sample on a young girl name Natalia Ricabal as I had her sample in my hands I felt a tug in my heart to pray for this little girl and her family. I processed her sample, tested it and analyzed it and saw it was negative. The whole time praying for her and her family. I took a deep breath and said thank you Lord it's negative.
A few days go by and I receive a prayer request to pray for a young girl her name is Natalia Ricabal she had been diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma. My heart dropped and I prayed I knew it was the little girl I had on my hands.

As I started following her I saw it was closer to home than I had anticipated social media brings people together and I thought one day I will share it with you.

I know the road you guys have been has been painful, hard, with millions of questions and just waiting. But the Lord on Thursday placed this in my heart to share this with you, you know you have an army that doesn't even know Natalia or your family personally but is praying for all of you. God reminded me that he is a GOOD GOOD father and he is walking besides you through this journey and even though I haven't met Natalia she has impacted my life. I pray for strength and courage to continue to fight this battle but more important to lean and press on to Jesus with all your might and have your hope in him. I know you are a mighty warrior resting in the Lord but you are a mommy too that hurts and that's what Jesus put in my heart he sees you too!

Please tell Natalia that I admire her and she's is fulfilling the call God has placed in her life and to continue to be the mighty warrior she is reflecting Jesus. I hope one day I get to meet this amazing young woman of God."

Wow!!! We serve a MIGHTY GOD.
I feel sooo overwhelmed with gratitude! So many reminders that he is carrying me!
Then today:
From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, God's MIGHTY hand was evident throughout the day. Such an overwhelming sense of peace...
First, the Lord moved the registrar to pray over sofia and spoke a powerful biblical Blessing over her! It was so powerful! Then we are escorted upstairs with our prayer warrior volunteer, and she is telling Natalia how much Jesus ❤️loves her, telling her of all his promises! Once we get to our preop room, the nurse is the same incredible nurse that was in preop when she had the port removed. She is actually a sweet friend of mine since 4th grade!!!!
She tells me that I have the "dream team" the "Cream of the crop!" "If my daughter were to have surgery today, I would pick them." From the surgeon, anesthesiologist, anesthesia nurse, etc.
We had The BEST! Confirming once again HIS hand in the midst of all this!!!
Coincidence??? No way.
Divine intervention???
NO doubt.
Answered prayers!!!
For days we prayed for the staff, hospital, etc. Our Lord Jesus heard our prayers. It means the world! Thank you all for your timely support! Your prayers are being heard!

Natalia is doing great! The Surgeon said the biopsy results will be in next week, but she really didn't (preliminary)think it looked like cancer! She saw a hole in her bone, and she scraped it to biopsy some cells. She also mentioned that it's probably that we caught it very early. Most likely, the beginning of a benign cyst. Praise God!! After waking up from her anesthesia, Natalia only took half her pain med dose, causing her to go over her pain threshold. Once the local anesthetics wore off, the pain began. So now we are back to taking the entire amount, which in turn puts her to sleep (She hates that).

Praying for no evidence of disease from her biopsy, praying for the pain to be kept to a minimum/none, and a speedy healing and recovery!!
