Surgery this morning...

We thank God for all the wonderful memories made so far this summer!  While it feels like the days are just zooming by, Natalia Sofia has thoroughly enjoyed the break!

Sometime this morning, Natalia Sofia will go to the O. R. (Operating room) to have hardware removed from her right knee with the possibility of having a left screw removed.  

The good news is that this surgery signifies she no longer needs the hardware in her leg!! It’s been there long enough!!! It’s definitely a step in the right direction!

The bad news is that we have to do another surgery under general anesthesia and experience pain and rehab ALL OVER AGAIN. Despite the swelling and pain from the hardware, Natalia is having a hard time with this. Especially after having worked so hard to strengthen her left leg! 

I know that God is in control and he WILL continue to give her the strength she needs to get through this.....just like he has in the past!! HE has NEVER left us nor forsake us! 

Therefore, We WILL put ALL our trust in Jesus!

Thank you for continuing to lift us up in prayer!

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
