It's only Hair!!
After 3 days of Sofia seeing her hair EVERYWHERE, she decided she wanted to shave it. She watched Mike shaving his head this morning and said I want to do that too. I was hesitant to say the least, thinking we still have a little more time before it all comes out. Me saying no made her sad, I'm not not going to make her sad about this! So after our doctor appointment (ANC of 99, but all else is good) we came home and daddy got his clippers. She has been smiling ear to ear since it was done! Brave really can't describe this girl!! We are so lucky ang blessed that she's our girl. She's also loving that she has the same hair as her brother and dad now.

You guys and that little girl are truly inspirational. We can learn many lessons from Sofia. Someday she will understand what her courage and positive attitude have provided all of us following your story. She puts smiles on people's faces. Beautiful!
Gina, I never tire of seeing Sofia's beautiful smile and glowing face. You made a brave and perfect decision to let daddy cut Sofia's hair like his and little Michaels. It return and grow in beautifully and stronger than ever when Sofia wins this battle and no longer needs all the chemical treatments. My prayers continue for Sofia as well as you all!
Thanks for the update Gina! Sofia looks beautiful with her new do! She is an unbelieveable strong little girl! Most adults could not cope as well as she does! We continue to have you in our prayers.

Thanks again Gina for keeping us up to date on Sofia's (and your entire family's) journey. I'll keep my prayers a coming every morning and night. By the way, my hair is getting a little long around the ears and I was wondering if Mike could give me a little trim too? He works well with scissors.
