Last Day of Consolidation

Today we are getting our last chemo of consolidation!! It's been almost 10 weeks since we started the phase, but we made it through. With every new chemo we don't know what to expect and these past 10 weeks we got some strong ones, but Sofia did so well!! We are so proud of how brave and resilient she has been.

Due to low platelets we will also need a transfusion today to ensure she won't need one over the weekend. After today we wait for our counts to recover and get to 750. Last time this took about 15 days. Once we are there we start Interim Maintenance which requires us to be admitted into the hospital every two weeks for about 4 days each stay. So, we will enjoy our freedom over the next couple of weeks and focus on getting strong!

Thank you all for the love, prayers and constant support!!
