Surgery
Levi is heading into surgery late this afternoon, about 6:00 p.m. The doctors are checking his shunt to make sure it's draining properly and they will put in an external drain as a back up to keep the pressure off his head. This upcoming week will be extremely tough on this little guy.
Beth and Zack will be meeting with the doctors again and moving forward with the ever-changing plan. It's cancer, it's unpredictable, so you must constantly adjust.

The surgery went well. The doctors put an EVD (External Ventricular Drain) in his head. This should help with the pressure and hopefully the seizures. Beth and Zack will see him soon. Thanks for hanging in there with us!
