September is Go Gold to spread awareness for childhood cancer. While cancer seems like a insurmountable problem, we can all do our part to help stop it. Give blood, volunteer, donate, spread awareness, sign a petition for cancer research funding. Just like our love for Levi will never end neither will our desire to prevent anymore children from this fate. We miss you, Levi!!!! [...]

Levi passed away last night at home with Beth and Zack cuddling him, surrounded by love.
Thank you for being by their side, taking this journey with them. We will never be able to repay your kindness, prayers, and love. The constant flow of food, cards, little messages, comments, etc. has made a difference that cannot be put into words. [...]
Things are still going well at home and Levi continues to prove that he is nothing short of Amazing. He’s very sleepy so we spend a lot of time reading stories, snuggling and holding hands - but his new bed makes it easy for the whole family to do it together! Going on walks remain one of his favorite activities as his eyes open up wide and he takes in all he can when we put him in the stroller.
We continue to pray that he stays comfortable and knows his family is right by his side.[...]
Levi has been home for several days now. It’s been quite a learning process as Beth and Zack take over for what the nurses and doctors had been doing. They, of course, have been doing awesome and risen to the occasion with no complaints and love.[...]
It has been a long and difficult ride for this family. And despite all of the challenges we have faced over the past 13 months, we are incredibly grateful because the smiles, giggles, and joy Levi has brought to us have far outweighed those challenges. And now, we continue with our hearts wide open, giving all of our love to the Amazing Levi as the end of his journey has begun.[...]
