Recovering at Home

We have certainly enjoyed having Levi at home following the good news.   He has been recovering well from his surgery and it seems he is getting stronger every day.  He has resumed scooting all around the house and really enjoys when someone chases him.  It does tire him out so we’ve had lots of requests for snuggling over the past week which we are happy to accommodate.   His hair and eyelashes are starting to come back making Zack the one with the least hair in the family once again. All in all...great steps for him to take.  

This will be another full week for our little man.  Tomorrow he has follow up appointments with all of his cancer doctors and surgeons.   We are hoping that there aren’t any unexpected changes and we can continue with the plan of rest and recovery.  He will also continue with physical therapy which is a lot of hard work.

We are so excited with his progress and will continue to keep you updated with all the amazing things he is doing.
