TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2017
As you all know, we went to Duke University yesterday. Unfortunately, they couldn't start any trials with Brian at this time because it had been too long since his surgery. They did not have enough time to run more tests prior to getting him into a trial and recommended we get him back to Northwestern to start radiation as soon as possible. However, we have an open door to return if the need occurs.
With that in mind, we went to Northwestern Memorial this afternoon and met with the oncology people in order for them to answer some questions prior to starting treatment. Brian will begin radiation and chemotherapy tomorrow. It will be a 6 week process to begin with and we will keep you posted on his progress.

Though this was a disappointment, I'm sure that the Lord is leading you in the right direction. We are all praying these treatments will remove all cancer cells from Brian. Positive thoughts and visualizations reach out to him day and night.
