MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2018
We received wonderful news today from Duke University! Brian's MRI was much better than any of the doctors anticipated. The tumor is shrinking and the doctor was extremely pleased with the results. She even told Brian that he is an "over achiever!" Everyone had told us not to get our hopes up but we now know how the power of prayer is working! Brian will start chemo back up again this coming Sunday with 5 days on/23 days off. We will be seeing an oncologist at Alexian Brothers hospital on Thursday who will be working with Duke. We will return in April for another scan and look for continued improvement. We could not be more grateful for Brian's progress and hope you will all continue praying and keep us in your thoughts. We thought you would enjoy seeing Brian's celebratory dinner!
