Event - Pasta Making Classes

Join us for a morning or afternoon of pasta making at Rachel Hardacre's home in Vadnais Heights! There are two sessions of pasta making—at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. You will learn the basics of creating pasta dough from scratch, how to use a manual pasta machine and how to color your pasta with vegetables. Each attendee will leave with enough pasta and homemade pesto for two. Pasta will be fresh, and best cooked that day, so dinner will be easy! Light refreshments will be served. Each class is open to 12 people, so please reserve your space by emailing [email protected]. You will receive an email with address and details. Suggested donation is $30.
