Garrett was admitted to St Joseph Hospital Wednesday. He was taken into emergency surgery late afternoon to remove an extended blood clot at the base of his aorta. Surgery was successful.

While in recovery he shot a large clot from his heart into his lungs. Garrett is on life support. The doctors are carefully
monitoring his situation and adjusting treatment and medications as necessary. 

Prayers, well wishes, positive vibes are all welcome; for Garrett's health and strength, for the health of his parents, family and loved ones, for the team of doctors and nurses who are vigilant with Garrett's care.

    To the Blagg family: You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Garrett is such a kind person. I am glad I got to know him and Kevin when we all worked together at Bailey's. Garrett is a big time Broncos fan. I used to get such a kick out of the excitement he showed when he got to drive the Broncos truck to the stadium on game day! Here's to a speedy recovery, friend. Here's to you!
