WOOO!!!!

All we are doing now is WAITING... waiting for what?? FOR EV TO COME HOME!!!!!

They told mom it MAY be tonight. We are just waiting for a bed here to open up for Ev. Best case scenario is she is home by Monday night, because mom will be home early Tuesday morning. 

Mom would ultimately like Ev to come tomorrow or Monday, because she says Ev is quite tired today. Since it's already 4:00 there, hopefully she can rest for the remainder of the day, instead of traveling this way. 

She spoke with a close friend, Ivan, today. Afterwards she felt out of breath, so they have her on oxygen for now. 

She has been moved to a regular room. WAHOO!!!! Though we like the one on one care she received in the CCU (critical care unit) it's fantastic to hear she is stable enough to be in a regular room. 

She will be brought home on a bed - and will not be expected to sit on the flight home, which is good. She will come via air ambulance. 

She has been seeing the physiotherapist to work on strengthening her body again. The doctors there are saying once she is home, she will need about two weeks of heavy anti-biotic through IV for the SSSS (staph scalding skin syndrome) infection. 

Then we will take it day by day. She may be in the hospital for that time, which we expect, or may need to go daily. 

We are super excited to have them both home.
