Merry Christmas.

Our apologies for not posting sooner.  After Meghan was released from the hospital this past Friday we were busy getting ready for Christmas.

Thank you for all the Christmas wishes.  Overall Meghan was able to enjoy Christmas, though she has her ups and downs.

On Christmas Eve she began loosing quite a bit of her hair.  See the photos on how she donated it to her Dad.  Her loss was his gain :)

When we left the hospital on Friday Meghan's blood count was low.  Today it is back to normal..YEAH.  This is very good news for Meghan as she will not need to have any more shots at home again until after her next round of chemo...YEAH.  This also means we can spend some time shopping this weekend if she is up to it..YEAH.

The biggest problem she has had is with back pain.  This is caused by the shots that she gets at home that are to help build her blood levels back up at a faster rate. Which in turn reduces the amount of time her immune system is at its lowest.

Meghan does not have any more appointments until January 2nd when she will be admitted back to the hospital for her second round of 3 days of chemo.

Many of you have asked about ways to make donations.  I will update the donation tab with this info.  The amount of support from our Family, Friends, and Community has been so overwhelming.  We are so blessed to have everyone of you in our lives.

Please continue to post comments to Meghan.  She looks forward to reading them everyday and reads everyone.

We wish you all a Very Merry and Blessed Christmas and Happy New Year.
