I was at a loss for words after reading your post this morning. You crying stuck me and I simply logout. However, after praying a part of my favorite Bible verse came to mind. Revelation 21:4 - God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;
If you ever have your tears wiped by someone who truly loved you, you know what a tremendously wonderful feeling it is.
God HIMSELF will wipe your tears, Sarah. ALL of them, as well as the ones you shed privately. He does so now and in the future. God’s peace to you.

I had what was diagnosed as terminal tongue cancer back in 1994. God cured me and I was cancer free for nearly 20 years. I now have a different cancer (throat) that has also been diagnosed as "terminal" that was likely a result of damage done by the radiation I received to treat the first cancer.

Cancer is less scary when your destiny is secure - God will never leave you alone - your mind and emotions may cloud your spiritual vision but God's love and goodness remains constant.

I just read all of the posts in your journal, and looked at all of the pictures. You are so funny; you make us laugh. We are very sorry that you are having to go through this trial. It was hard when we heard this news, since we had just spent a day with your wonderful family, in Florida, back in Oct. 2014. Our family, and all of our boys, had such a nice visit with your family, and all of your girls.
We pray that each day will get better. We love you, Scott, and all of your girls. Be strong, and don't let your beard get too long (see picture). You look like a Norseman (Lady), from the Great Northwoods ! We have not forgotten you, and we pray for comfort, peace, and hope, that God can give to you. I hope you have rest today, on the Sabbath, and that you have an "ACTIVE" week, starting tomorrow.
We will check back with you. We remember, fondly, our visit with you and your family, in Montana, before you moved back to MN, some years back.

Hey Sarah, good pics. . . Your window view is quite good. After a careful review of your pics, I was thinking that you could save your energy and not wave out the window, just bring your yellow gloves and have Scott attach them to a pivoting stick and just put it on the commode. :) I know great idea. You can thank me next Sabbath.

I googled about your chemotherapy so I could better understand what you're going through or might be going through in the next few months. It seems that you're tolerating your protocol pretty well so far. And if you get tired from it, there's a nap for that.
