Crystal is being destroyed!!!
Shannon is in surgery now, and Crystal is getting her butt kicked! We will get very brief periodic updates throughout the day, but won't know much until the surgeon talks to us, estimated late this afternoon.
Shannon was in great spirits this morning and feeling really confident. She had all the nurses cracking up :-) At one point there were 3 or 4 people fussing over her at once and she was totally into it - they measured her legs for compression stockings, but we were sure they were really measuring for her Cinderella slippers!
