Home!
This morning Shannon was released from the hospital and is currently comfortably resting at the condo! Her progress has been remarkable (she showered herself this morning!) and she truly has no impairment, AT ALL (other than the stitches in her noggin).
If you follow Shannon on Facebook, she posted something this morning about visitors and folks coming to help. We will set up a calendar to coordinate visits and helpers, stay tuned for more on that.
She will be staying in Houston for the near future, relaxing and recovering for a bit, and then starting further treatment (we think in a couple of weeks).

Dearest Shannon, Jason and Aden, God Bless You. So pleased there were no complications. Continue to Pray Pray Pray as we are doing. Love, Jason's Aunt Nancy
Grateful for no impairments. We were all afraid she was going to become a Trump supporter. As nice as they are at Anderson, glad you are breaking out. Taking care of yourself is a big milestone. Keep going.
Such great news for all! Shannon...truly amazing! Take it easy and enjoy the lovely condo -- so much better than the hospital!!
Shannon good to see you have your Starbucks this morning! I now know that you are on the mend! You look great! Now get some rest!
Looking good... I've missed that smile.
Hi Jason, Jane, Shannon-- Ralph does not have FaceBook, and he is not on this journal/blog (he's a little old school, in case you haven't noticed). Anyway, he is definitely interested in coming down for 5-7 days. He wonders if he could have contact information for whoever is organizing the calendar.
This is awesome news. So proud of you & so very happy you breezed through this with no disabilities! Keep your chin up-all of you that are on this journey with you. Hugs to everybody.
Glad you're in more comfy quarters, Shannon! Sending lots of love y'all's way. 💖 and hugs.
