Lions, and Wagons, and Fish... OH MY!
Levi's pic line is out and he is just using his port now to receive his chemo. Such good news, as that reduces needle sticks.
He also got to take a wagon ride to see what's going on outside his room. And he found some fish! He somewhat enjoyed his wagon ride (a sneaky way to get some sitting up time - work that core!) and he did enjoy seeing the fish. It's nice he can move about a little to get out of his room.
He's continuing with OT/PT. He did okay with his speech therapy but he's not quite ready for the swallow test. For his speech therapy, he is working on sounds. So, he's roaring like a lion -- RAWR! Could be a dinosaur if you ask his brother, Owen. Either way, he's starting to use his vocal cords. It's been a long time since he's used his voice since being on the ventilator and heavily sedated, so he has to relearn that too.
This little guy continues to AMAZE us and we fall in love again every day!
Enjoy your day too!

As requested the link to the tshirt will be posted so you don't have to retrace back through the journal (it's always a good read though!). If you'd like to send a pic of you wearing your shirt, we'd love to see it!

Precious little guy. Swim said the mommy fish swim if you can and he swam and he swam right over the dam. Go Levi. You are sooo brave.
