March 6!!

We are officially going home on Tuesday the 6th! Ava has gotten so much stronger in her two months at Children’s Specialized Hospital that she’s received the green light from doctors and specialists to go home. She will still do out patient therapies through a location closer to home but will get to sleep in her own crib at night.

We cannot say enough good things about CSH and all the friends we’ve made here, it’s an amazing place and what they do for children and their families is very special. 

As for Ava’s progress, she had another fun week. She went to the local zoo & playground, worked hard and celebrated Burton (therapy dog)’s birthday. 

We will see you all soon, outside of the hospital walls!
