6pm update from Laura
It's the weekend so not much to report. Half of the Army had to return to Athens today so it's been quieter at the end of the hall. Liza had a CT scan at noon and then had her first outing into the beautiful FL air at 1:00. Using a chair that converts to a stander, she stood for over 20 minutes and exhausted herself trying to stabilize her head. Since then shes been snoozing away.
Prayer Warriors, pray for Liza's strength to take down the tumor and (selfishly for me) increased alertness. We are ready to receive miracles!!!

We're praying, Laura. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤
Prayers from the Snell family. My son suffered a traumatic brain injury 10 years ago and he was 13. He was life flighted to CHOA and immediately operated on. He had a subdural hematoma in the right side of his brain and also a bleed on the brain stem. He had to completely learn how to do everything over again. It’s amazing what all these wonderful doctors and nurses and therapists can do. I had a caring bridge page similar to this where I posted his day to day progress. He had so many people praying for him just like your daughter. As you are already seeing, the power of prayer really does work. We thank the Lord every day for our son surviving his terrible injury. We will continue to keep up with her progress and definitely will keep her and your family in our prayers.
