Laura’s 9:30pm Wednesday update
Liza’s brain worked overtime today. She rested quietly while the Athens army and others stayed by her side moving her body and sending her endless abundant love. She finally left for her first MRIs at 4:30 and returned at 8:30. The other MRIs should be tomorrow, but I don’t know when we will get results.
Please Prayer Warriors, pray for clear MRIs. Pray for Liza’s continued strength through this difficult week and for the tumor to SHRINK so that Liza can awaken prepared to battle on toward full recovery!

Praying for the results of Liza’s MRI studies… Lord we ask that the radiologist reading her exam will see clearly that the radiation is working and that the size of the tumor is shrinking more than they even expected… we also ask in your name that the rest of her exams would show normal results. I pray that with each passing hour that Liza be more alert and that she would show more signs of improvement. What an awesome God we serve and we know without a doubt that you are actually holding Liza in your arms. We pray for complete healing and recovery. We thank you Lord for all you have done and everything that you are going to do … in Jesus name. Amen!
Praying for Liza to be healed, wake up and be able to see all the love that is pouring out for her. Praying for strength for her family during this incredibly scary and difficult time.
Dear Laura, we Sigma Nu moms continue to be with you in our heart-cries and pleas to God, and in our declarations of His powerful love and faithfulness over beautiful Liza! May the radiation precisely target the harmful cells and shrink that tumor until it is demolished, allowing Liza to awaken to fullness of health and liveliness. We pray this in Jesus’ name. May you rest well tonight knowing she is in His hands!
