Quick update on NOC!

Just before the end of business hours on Friday we got news from our agency that we were granted NOC!!! We still have not completed our home study update, so our agency thinks that someone must have overridden that request since it was unusual. This puts us in place to get registered for court. We are celebrating the unexpected progress this weekend!
