Is has been almost been 12 hours since we loaded the car and headed to Palm Springs Emergancy Room. The CAT Scan showed that there is a partial block...not an obstructed bowel. That is good news but as we sit they are emptying the contents of Garys stomach in hopes that doing so would relieve the small bowel and intestines but nothing is cming out...Garys stomach is empty...they have to continue to look for the problem. Thank you so much for your prayers. This morning I started to feel fear and sheer helplessness. Then I started reading your posts...recieving your texts and the peace that surpasses understanding has been my companion. When I am able to walk in peace I can minister to Gary and those around me. Your prayers are coveted and we will report all progress as it comes it. Good night and for today another day God has met all our needs.

It may sound overused, but I have found great strength, during my divorce and two moves across the country and being jobless with: His grace is sufficient...through the end of a marriage and hope, I have been made strong and whole...you know, Dawn, as you were there for me.
Thank you, Dawn. for this update. Please remember that you must try to find some time to take care of you, or you will not be able to be strong for Gary. We are constantly keeping Gary and you in our thoughts and prayers.

You are truly being prayed over daily. I can't imagine but know God can strengthen when we have no strength. May He continue to lift you up and carry you through all of this. He is using you greatly.
