We were working a little on how to play guitar for bluegrass tunes earlier in November and December. Play the open G chord in your head and walk up the scale in single notes G A B to play the open C chord then the opposite back down to the open G chord. Then to the dominant chord D with single notes C D E D and then back down with a pull off on the fifth string single notes C B A to the open G chord. Repeat. I know you can hear this in your head, btw. Steve

We received your Christmas Card today, and I immediately went to your website. We are obviously shocked and saddened to be reading about all the struggles that lie ahead. How scary to get a diagnosis that people don't now much about. It is a blessing for her to have 2 parents who are physical therapists who will be able to help her more than anyone else. You have an amazing family and I cannot imagine how scary the first day must have been. The love of your family will help her and you the most. We will keep you in our prayers and will do anything we can to support you. I wish you still lived down the street so we could hug you! Please tell Gracie we are amazed by her strength and courage. Debbie, Bill, Gracie and Emily--We just learned of Gracie's condition today when we received your card in the mail today. Please know that I stopped in church today to pray for her! I always remember her wonderful cute smile! So thrilled to hear she was able to nod her head and take a few breaths on her own. That is extremely encouraging! She is so forturnate to has such a supportive family around her. You are all blessed to have each other. I will pray for her quick recovery and for your family during this challenging time.
