Grandson.
What an awesome grandson your are ! Our Lord and savior has truly blessed us with you , your brother Garrett , and your mom and dad ! He also blessed you with a miracle healing from cancer , as He did with Grandpa J 10'years ago !! He has provided the path for us to play plenty of whiffle ball and lots of future camping trips for all !!
I'm so happy that treatments are almost finished for you , God has BIG plans for you grandson , search out His will , follow Him every minute of your time He has given you , He is the ONLY one who can keep your paths straight --Proverbs 3 5-6

What awesome news. I am so proud of Hayden and his determination. I think of him each and everyday, usually when I begin to whine about some little ailment I'm dealing with. It only takes me a minute before I find myself saying...what would Hayden do? Truck on is what he does and he does it in high style. in our world today, we have few new heroes to look up to. Hayden is my hero and I so appreciate the lessons he had taught me through his struggle with illness. You go Hayden.. I love you to pieces and I'm missing your amazing smile going through the summer....looking forward to seeing you when we go back to school...but like you, Im in no rush to get back there...Happy Summer Hayden Jilka...I love you and know you are gonna beat this wicked mean thing you've been dealt....

Hayden!! I really found out how strong you are while you were in the hospital! You were so courageous and took everything in stride despite all the chaos going around you. Are you sure you're only 7 years old!? haha
