Daddy has been wide awake since 2:40 a.m. and quite alert. Talking to the nurses, watching TV, doing word search puzzles, and reading the newspaper. He has been up sitting in the chair for about an hour and a half now and has had his morning respiratory therapy. Docs making rounds but did not stop by his room and that seems to make him a little anxious. Probably just "nothing new" right now.
