A Mother's Love

Good Morning everyone!

Yesterday afternoon as we were about to leave Kristine's we went upstairs to say goodbye and let them know we were headed out.  Kristine was peacefully resting while she was getting her daily Vitamin C infusion and Mary Ann was getting some well-deserved quiet time while Laura provided her with a hand massage.

We snapped this picture which truly says a thousand words.....

Kristine's parents have been truly remarkable with her on this journey.  Mary Ann is constantly at her side providing her with beautiful care, nourishing food and above all providing her with strength when Kristine is having a hard time.  Her father Larry is a dedicated "run-around-guy" getting the pair whatever they need, whenever they need it and buzzing around town moving the kids where they need to go!  It's a beautiful picture of pure love and dedication to their child.

Tonight when you say your prayers please say a special one for Mary Ann and Larry, her husband Dave who is in the middle of his busiest time of year at work, and their children who are stronger than they know.  This is truly a special family!

Have a great day everyone!

Lisa, Sarah, and Laura

So much love coming your way. I can't imagine having to watch my child go through this. I can't imagine, at a young age, watching my mom go through this. I can't imagine watching my spouse go through this. I hate watching my dear friend go through this. These thoughts are in my mind daily. Let go, let God definitely comes to mind. I don't know His plan for this, nor do I even attempt to understand it, but I know it has taught me to appreciate every moment. Kristine, please continue to use every ounce of your energy to fight this and I pray God will rid your body of this. I so hope and pray His plan aligns with ours! Stay strong, fam- you are loved!!!

Hi Kristine, I just now figured out how to get on this site( technically challenged) From behind the scenes I have been thinking of you and praying for you and your whole family. Wishing you continued strength, warmth through the window of our spring sunshine and encouragement from flowers popping up. Soon the birds will be singing to you each morning. Special hugs for you and your mom. Love, Connie
