Easter 2022 update Team Walker

12 days ago Walker had very sick lungs that were literally killing him and no kidney function at all. Today, the nurse was just commenting to Walker that your lung SATS (oxygen saturation) are 100%. How grateful he is, and we all are, that he is awake and his lungs are performing very well after a major 3 organ transplant. His new kidney is a little sleepy but it will get back to work soon we are confident.

7 days after transplant, I was amazed at how quickly his body responded positively to his new organs and he began looking like his old self from 3 years ago. His old lungs were a festering sore in his chest making him sick and taking them out was like removing a giant thorn, the body is so happy when you get a thorn out of it, right.

His EMCO tattoo is quite the hit with the staff and his Tic Toc feed has gotten lots of attention. One of the staff docs said his Mom saw Walker on Tic Toc and asked about him. Hopefully tomorrow he will be up to making a short Tic Toc video for his fans. 👍 All his family groups made fun videos yesterday cheering him on, Go family!
