Room with a view

Today Bob was moved out of the ICU into a new room at the same hospital - considered a step-down unit.  I haven't seen the new room yet, however, I'm told that it's much larger and nicer than the ICU room, and has a view of the water.  He's up and able to walk short distances with the use of a walker.  Also, sitting in a chair seems to be a nice break from laying in the hospital bed.

Also, I'm told that the WiFi at the hospital is back in order.  It was down over the weekend, which was a minor inconvenience for all of us on our iPhones and other devices.  It's something that was missed - it was hard to do any research, work or communicate from (or within!) the hospital when it was down.

Last I heard, he's still on the pureed foods.  The milkshake from down the street was not as good as advertised, however, the hospital dining services is able to make "real milk" milkshakes.  Word on the street is those milkshakes are pretty good.
