Too soon?

George turns 40 today! We opened our front door this morning to find a walker on our front porch, presumably left by one of our neighbors.

Of course, pictures were taken and the photo was posted to Facebook for all to see (and laugh at). Lots of comments and likes received quickly, including Bob who commented "I don't need my walker anymore! Happy Birthday!"

At first, the joke was lost on Mary, who quickly texted me to see what happened to George. She's understandably concerned now when she sees someone with a walker. The 40th birthday joke may have been too soon for her liking.
