support soup delivery for cancer patients
Thank you everyone for the numerous and varied offers of support this past month. I have an easy way you can make a positive difference in my daily life during these 4 months of chemo. Consider making a donation to the Organic Soup Kitchen. They have approved my application for soup delivery and I am so grateful! Having meals delivered to our home is a twofold blessing. I can minimize my shopping and thus exposure to germs during flu season and I get nutritious and well balanced meals that I don't have the energy to cook myself! Use this link to Donate to the Organic Soup Kitchen. Be sure to put my name in the "in honor of" box. Thanks everybody!
In other news, I am just tired. And my hair is falling out already. This first round of chemo hit me harder than last time. I don't feel bad, just really tired. hugs to you all, Michelle

I hope for better results with your ice helmet this time. Glad you got Organic Soup Kitchen to help you. They are a great organization and we will donate. Love to you Michelle- Jim
Then let yourself rest, rest, rest. Cat on lap, cup of tea, good radio podcast. Love you!!
A great suggestion - and a way we can help! And if the ice helmet is problematic, consider redesigning some other hat (see http://www.hatsunlimited.com/hat-styles-guide/). For instance, an ice fez might work quite well, besides being a striking style for you.
I love how the cold cap has been rebranded the "ice helmet"!!! Thanks for donating to the Soup Kitchen.
I’d say some kitty cat PJs and snuggles with Cooper are in order... xoxo from me and Zeus
Donna, I love my PJ's!!
Hoping the soup will nourish and restore every part of you. Sending healing hugs
We are sending our thoughts and love
May the soup comfort your tummy and lift your spirits and I donated in your name, best of my thoughts, prayers, and strength to you, Cherie
Cheri, thank you for donating! The soup is so yummy.
