APPROVED
David and I received the wonderful news yesterday that we are approved by both the U.S. government and the Indian government, meaning the next step is to receive a referral (match)!
These steps have been taking longer recently, so we are incredibly thankful to God that the approval came sooner than we were prepared for. It feels for us now like this is actually going to happen, and that we won’t just do paperwork for the rest of our lives.
Now we wait for a referral, which could be tomorrow or could be months from now when a child becomes available who matches the criteria for which we are approved.

- for our kiddo, who is likely already born.
- for patience as we wait on the Lord’s timing.
- for a referral to come quickly, if God wills!
