November 24th (6:45 pm ET) Update

Hi Everyone -

The ventilator setting has been moved down to where Dad is doing some of the work on his own now.  The nurse seemed optimistic that he may be off the ventilator on Thanksgiving evening (if not then Friday).  Everything is continuing to look uphill.
