November 27 (10:30 am ET) Update

Hi Everyone -

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Dad a fairly rough night.  His vitals are back to normal but it looks like we are back to step one re: being on the ventilator and being fully sedated.  The doctors are still trying to figure out why he was able to come off the ventilator for almost 5-hours two days ago and not yesterday.  This means best case scenario that he will be on the ventilator at least another 5- to 6-days.  At this point, its just a waiting game.  Thanks for your continued thoughts.
