Fear began to arise in my heart a few days before the chemo appointment. The thought of having another severe allergic reaction from the treatment with intense burning in my chest plagued my mind. The actual treatment itself had proved more painful than the side affects. I also wondered how my body would respond to two chemo drugs while also undergoing the new immunotherapy treatment. Despite my many nagging questions, I knew deep inside my soul God would not leave me in this state of unrest. He would bring me through and somehow He would show Himself strong on my behalf. [...]

Thank you for continually praying for Glen and I with faithful devotion to our blessed Lord who hears and responds to the petitions of the righteous.
After four rounds of chemo proved unsuccessful in treating the cancer tumors, two new chemo drugs were administered last month. One chemo treatment is dispensed every other week and the other one is given every four weeks. Although we won't know the effectiveness of the new drugs until my three month CT scan, our confident hope is in the living God and He is our peace.[...]
