See You Later SLC!

Today we had an entire day to just enjoy each other, hang out, and experience a little SLC life. No medical appointments! We started off the day with coffee at the hotel followed by a hike to The Block U.

After the U hike, we ate a very enjoyable lunch at the Red Iguana (thanks for the suggestion Ryan Hallows!). It was delicious MexiCAN food....those of you in MT understand the lack of Mexican food in MT. After a satisfying lunch, we jumped in the car and headed out to explore the Great Salt Lake. What an incredible experience. We ended up driving to Antelope Island and hiking a few of the trails there. One out on to a point, down through the rocks, and out onto the beach. The other trail we hiked went up on to Buffalo Point high above the lake for great views of the lake and the mountains. 

We are currently at the airport awaiting our flight home later this evening. We are excited to be coming back home and plan to enjoy it awhile waiting on further test results prior to deciding treatment options. Once we know Eric's treatment options, we will decide if we can stay in Helena during treatment or if we need to be in SLC for an extended amount of time. The treatment at home is an exciting possibility and is our current preference if the local cancer treatment center can offer Eric the same level of treatment. 

In the meantime, many of you have reached out to ask how you can help. We are completely overwhelmed by and grateful for the outpouring of love and support. We are so fortunate to know so many incredible people. Here are some of the ways that you can help us:
