Coming Home a Bit Later, Welcome Home Signs!
I received word from Debbie yesterday that Gracie will not be coming back Thursday as originally planned. To make sure she is 100% ready to return home, her discharge date has been moved back two weeks to Thursday, August 13th.
I know many of you want to see her when she returns, but it is going to be a long day traveling home from Craig, so there will not be a welcome home party just yet (but hope to organize something soon, will keep you posted).
Instead, let's make Welcome Home signs that we can use to cover their front yard! Make 'em as big as you want, and we will put them up on the morning of Gracie's return. You can drop off your signs any time to Ashley Fox, who lives just around the corner from the Fishers at 212 Canon Drive. You can also drop off your sign directly at the Fishers Thursday morning... Scott Burns and others from the Fisher's church will there to help put up all the signs that morning. I don't know exactly what time yet, but you can just leave them in the driveway in front of the garage if you get there before them.
I'm hoping we will have enough signs to blanket their yard! You've got over two weeks, so get busy!
Thanks,
Paul Corr
