"Thank You" Doesn't Even Begin To Express My Appreciation

As I go into the second infusion with optimism and excitement to get another chance to shrink the tumors and kill the cancer, I am overwhelmed (in a good way) by all the support, well wishes, and prayers from everyone.  Know that I am grateful for each and every one of you, and that your support gives me positivity and strength to the point where my mindset right now is that winning this battle is the only option.  I couldn't imagine going through this without everyone by my side, and therefore I feel lucky to have you, as others haven't been blessed with the same support system.

As a man of faith, I believe that we are not given challenges that we can't overcome (double negative, I know), so I feel blessed to think that the man upstairs thinks well enough of me that he has given me this speed bump.  Clearly, he is also showing me that he is supporting me by supporting me through each and every one of you, even sending individuals whom I haven't talked to in years to reach out.  

As I mentioned today to Jenny and Paul (special shout out and thanks to you guys!), "thank you" doesn't even begin to show my appreciation for everyone's thoughtful selflessness.  As a way for me to pay back your support, after I complete treatment and the battle has been won, I plan to pay it forward by helping others who are going through the same battle with Cancer through volunteering and talking with others to help ensure they have the same mindset and support from me as they walk their path to victory.
