Quick Update: Infusion 8, Another Great Distraction, and Upcoming CT Scan

Hi Friends and Family!  A quick update on Infusion 8 which occurred last Monday, similar side effects except stronger and longer lasting.  CEA number increased for the first time, from 1.4 to 1.5, which is negligible according to the nurses, and expected.  They mentioned that the CEA number would fluctuate, and as long as it's within the normal range (0-5.0), it's nothing to worry about.

Another wonderful distraction also occurred last Friday where we had a work morale event where we rented out one of the Argosy ships to watch the Blue Angels.  It was lovely to see everyone from the Internal Audit Group and catch up!

I do have an upcoming CT scan on Monday, August 11th to look at the tumors. Please continue to send lots of positive vibes, good juju, and prayers that the tumors have shrunken down if not have disappeared.   I appreciate all your support, and I love you all!
